Henry L. Bell Jr.

Henry Bell, Jr., graduated from the University of South Florida in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Physics. As an undergraduate, he worked as a Recreation Leader for the Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation Department, while actively involved in campus life (Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inter-fraternity Council) as well as community organizations like United Way, Special Olympics, and March of Dimes. He is recognized as an expert in the juvenile justice arena and has provided training to youth development organizations throughout the country.

In his current position as Administrator-Training and Development, Henry has the responsibility of providing direct assistance to the office of Corporate Compliance and Diversity in the design, development and implementation of any and all associated training for TECO Energy, Inc., Corporate Compliance and Diversity plans and/or programs. Henry is a native of Tampa and remains involved in numerous community organizations (Children’s Cancer Center, National Marrow Donor Program, Allsports Community Service). For his civic involvement and volunteerism, he was selected as Torchbearer for the Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia in 1996. As an additional recognition, he has been awarded Outstanding Young Man of America (1996-2000). Henry is married to Lisa, a teacher within the Hillsborough County School System, and has three children.

Sean Dickerson

Sean Dickerson is a graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He is originally from Connecticut and moved to Tampa in 2006. Sean began his formal mentoring background while in college as a Sr. Counselor for L.E.A.P. (Leadership, Education, and Athletics in Partnership). L.E.A.P. is a year round inner-city youth organization dedicated to motivating children to excel both academically and socially. Aside from L.E.A.P., Sean also served as a one-on-one mentor for the Middletown, CT YWCA for under privileged children.

Sean has been in the Human Resources field for over 10 years and currently serves as a recruiter for The Home Depot Customer Contact Centers in Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, Orange, CA, and San Diego, CA. He is married to Moni and the proud father of two girls.
